If you buy any of our products and when you arrive you are not satisfied, don't worry, we will refund all of your money without asking any questions .

Keep in mind the following:

• You have five business days from the date you received it to send us the carrier guide through which you will return the product to us.
• This freight is on your own
• It is essential that the product has not been used, has all the labels, packaging products, complete and original accessories, and is in the condition in which you received it.
• Send the photo of the return guide to WhatsApp 3118686422 or email macondascolombia@gmail.com. Remember that you should not exceed five business days to make the return
• We will return the money to you within five days after receiving the product in the mentioned conditions. The money will be returned to you by the same means that you made the payment. (Eg bank account or credit card payment)
• Inside the package, write a note requesting the refund of the money and citing the full name of the person who bought the product and the date of purchase.
