Can I retract my purchase?
The withdrawal applies only to purchases made through electronic payments at www.macondas.com . In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in ART 47 LAW 1480 OF 2011, the consumer can exercise this right within the first 5 business days following the date on which he received news of the occurrence of one of the grounds for withdrawal, these are:
- When your purchase was made via the web, where there was no access to the physical product
- In special launches supported by invitations, gifts, or any other factor that may exert pressure
To exercise the right you must fill out the following form below explaining the reason for which you request the return of the money.
Please note the following:
- The right of withdrawal applies when the acquisition of products is carried out through electronic commerce mechanisms, that is, acts, businesses or commercial operations arranged through the exchange of data messages sent electronically between suppliers and consumers for the commercialization of products and services, such as internet, PSE, Call Center or any other telesales mechanism or virtual store.
- For electronic means of payment, the person responsible for returning the money in case there is a place for such a fact, is at the expense and order of your bank.
- The request must be submitted by the owner of the financial product within the first 5 business days, counted from the delivery of the asset.
- In case of return of the product invoking the right of withdrawal, the supplier will collect the product in the same conditions and only in the same place where it was received, with which the obligation to return it will be understood satisfied (in this case the freight will be borne by the client's).
- At the time of returning the product, it is essential that these have not been used, have all the labels, packaging products, complete and original accessories.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made abroad.
