Warranty, returns and changes

The limited quality guarantee that MACONDAS offers you on its products has the following conditions:

1. If you find a quality defect in any product, we will resolve it to your satisfaction. This will be sent to the Macondas workshop to be evaluated by the quality department.

2. To request the guarantee you must send the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

3. We will review the product to verify that the damage is from the factory and we will determine if the product is going to be repaired or if it is going to be replaced with a new one, this in case it cannot be fixed. We will respond to you within three days and we will tell you how long the solution takes.

4. If we determine that the defect was due to misuse, it will not have a guarantee. Macondas does not provide the repair service for misuse or normal wear and tear over time.

6 . If you need to change the size, color or reference, you will have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to do so. The product must be in perfect condition and with the possible accessories that were included.

7. We make an effort that the colors of the garments on the site www.macondas.com are as close as possible to their actual color, however, the color of the products on the screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor, the video card, or the lighting of the place where it is displayed. you are watching MACONDAS cannot guarantee that the colors on your monitor will exactly match the real ones.
