HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE AND HOW DO DELIVERIES WORK?

Your products will be dispatched the next day after payment is approved. The delivery time will depend on the destination city, normally it takes between one or three business days. The dispatch guide will be sent to you with a more precise delivery date.

If when selecting a design it is not available, you may be able to order it. For this you will get a notice saying that the product is out of stock but that you can buy it, in which case it will be shipped to you 20 current days after making the payment, or sooner if possible.

What can I do if I do not receive my order on the agreed date?

If you did not receive your order within the stipulated period, we ask that you please notify us through any of our contact lines from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

How important is it to write the complete address for delivery?

We promise to take the order to where you are, as long as the destination is within the area established by Macondas at www.macondas.com . The place of delivery must have a nomenclature. Completely write the words: street/carrera/avenida, with their proper numbers and orientations. We recommend you do two checks of the address and if it is not sure, use the utility account to take it from there. It is very important that you add the neighborhood and other indications such as the name of the unit or building, neighborhood and any other indication that helps with the location.

Can the order be delivered to an address other than the one I have registered my name?

Yes, on the website you have the possibility of placing an additional address for the delivery different from the one you already have registered. You will be asked at the time of finalizing the order.

To which cities in Colombia do you ship?

We currently cover approximately 90% of the Colombian territory. If you live in a town that is difficult to access and you have doubts about whether we get there, contact us through any of our contact lines from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Do you do international dispatches?

At the moment Macondas does not have international offices directly, however, we have an international distributor that sells some of Macondas shoe designs through its website www.productosdecolombia.com

If I am absent at the time of delivery, what happens with my order?

If you live in a complex or building with a concierge, the order will be left with the concierge. Otherwise, a second attempt will be made by the carrier for delivery. Keep in mind that if the carrier returns the order, we will contact you to arrange the new shipment and this will be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. Remember that the order must be received by a person of legal age.

Can I buy on the page and pick up at a store or physical point?

Currently Macondas does not provide this service.

How can I know the status of my order, my changes or a requested guarantee?

You can track your order on the carrier page with the guide number or contact any of our contact lines from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
